Orange Party Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 can Mandarin oranges, drained
    2 c. liquid from fruit
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange jello
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    15 large marshmallows
    1/2 pt. heavy cream, whipped
Preparation
    Drain pineapple and orange sections.
    Add enough water to make 2 cups.
    Heat to boiling and pour over gelatin.
    Add cream cheese and marshmallows to hot mixture; stir until melted.
    Cool.
    Add pineapple and orange sections.
    Place in refrigerator.
    When it is completely cold, add whipped cream.
    Dissolve sugar in the whipped cream.
    Pour into mold or 9 x 9-inch pan.
    Refrigerate.
    Serves 8.
