Chicken Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 lb.) chicken
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. milk
    1 can chicken broth
    1 stick butter
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can cream of celery soup
Preparation
    Cook chicken until tender.
    Pull meat from bones.
    Put in 13 x 7-inch Pyrex dish.
    Melt butter and pour over chicken.
    Sift flour, salt, pepper and baking powder.
    Blend in milk until smooth.
    Spread over chicken.
    In pan, blend soup and broth, and heat to boiling point.
    Pour over flour mix.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown (approximately 1 hour).
