Shrimp And Crab Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. Kraft fat-free mayonnaise
    1 Weight Watchers cream cheese
    1 c. nonfat or 1% cottage cheese
    1 bunch green onions
    1 pkg. onion mix
    1 lb. chopped crab
    1 lb. chopped shrimp
Preparation
    Blend mayonnaise, cream cheese and cottage cheese and add remaining ingredients.
    Blend all ingredients well.
    Serve with crackers.
    Very low-fat.
