Steak Fingers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 round steak
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. oil
2 c. flour
1 c. ketchup
2 tsp. horseradish
Preparation

Cut round steak into 1/2-inch strips.
Mix eggs and milk together in a medium size bowl.
Add steak and let set approximately 30 minutes.
Drain meat and add flour.
Put a lid on bowl and shake until meat is well coated.
Heat the oil in skillet on medium heat and fry steak fingers until golden brown.
Make sauce by blending together the ketchup and horseradish and chill. The fingers are best when dipped in sauce.
They can be served hot or cold.
Serves 6 to 8 people.
