Broccoli And Almond Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sesame oil
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/2 lb. fusilli pasta, cooked al dente and drained
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas, thawed and drained
    1/4 c. toasted slivered almonds
    1 large green onion, chopped
    1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine vegetable oil, vinegar, sesame oil and garlic in jar with tight-fitting lid and shake well.
    Pour over pasta in large bowl.
    Add broccoli, peas, almonds and green onion and toss.
    Add cheese and toss again.
    Serve salad at room temperature.
    Yield: 6 servings.
