Quick Chili That'S Good - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground chuck
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (8 oz.) can red kidney beans
    1 (8 oz.) can whole stewed tomatoes
    3/4 c. or 4 oz. can whole corn
    1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
    1/2 c. coarsely chopped green pepper
    chili powder to taste
    salt to taste
    pinch of sugar
    grated Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Cook and drain ground beef.
    In a large pot, add all ingredients and cook over medium-low heat for at least 30 minutes. Stir occasionally to keep from sticking.
    Grate cheese and sprinkle over chili. Serves 6 to 8.
