No-Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. shortening
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 egg
    dash of salt
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Work shortening into dry ingredients (flour, sugar and salt). Add well beaten egg, vinegar and water.
    Mix lightly.
    Makes 2 covered pies.
