Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 to 10 lb.) brisket
    1/2 bottle Claude's brisket sauce
Preparation
    Trim most of fat off brisket.
    Put foil in pan with sides high enough to seal brisket in.
    Put brisket in pan.
    Pour brisket sauce on and seal.
    Marinate at least 3 or 4 hours in refrigerator.
    Put in oven and cook until tender at 275\u00b0.
    Usually takes 8 or 9 hours.
    About 30 minutes before done, uncover and let brown.
