Meat Loaf(Ultra Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground turkey breast or chicken breast
    2 egg whites
    1/2 c. tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. dry chopped onion flakes
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. dry green pepper flakes
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 tsp. Worcestershire
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Place in loaf pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Remove and serve.
    Great with a baked potato or cold on a sandwich.
    Makes 8 servings.
    Per serving: 2 grams of fat and 143 calories.
