Carrots Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots or 2 cans, sliced and drained
    1/4 c. raisins
    1/4 c. butter
    3 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/4 c. almonds
Preparation
    Cook carrots for 8 minutes; drain.
    Place in 1-quart baking dish.
    Stir in raisins, butter, honey, lemon juice and ginger. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
