Patricia'S Blonde Brownies(Southern Accent Cookbook) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. softened butter
    2 c. plain flour
    2 c. packed light brown sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix well the butter, flour, sugar and soda.
    Beat in eggs; add vanilla.
    Stir in chocolate chips and pecans.
    Bake in well-greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool; cut into squares.
    Yields 24.
