Garlic Cheese Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. Longhorn cheese
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar
    8 oz. Velveeta
    2 cloves garlic
    1 small (4 oz.) pkg. pecans
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    pinch of salt
    paprika
Preparation
    Grind the first 5 ingredients together.
    Mix thoroughly with hands after sprinkling with the vinegar and a pinch of salt. Shape into apples or rolls.
    Sprinkle lightly with paprika; let stand 2 hours before refrigerating.
    Refrigerate.
    Cut into slices; serve with crackers.
