Party Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 potatoes, cooked
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 stick margarine
    salt and pepper
    1/4 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Beat softened cream cheese, sour cream and margarine until well blended.
    Add hot potatoes, beating until smooth.
    Season to taste.
    Put in a 2-quart casserole.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes, covered.
    This can be fixed early and heated at serving time.
