Sauerkraut And Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (No. 2 1/2) can sauerkraut
3 or 4 lb. spareribs
1/2 c. water
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Place sauerkraut in Dutch oven pan.
Place ribs on top.
Salt and pepper.
Pour water down the side so you won't disturb salt and pepper on ribs. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Very good with mashed taters.
