Baked Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained
1/4 lb. butter
5 slices cubed white bread
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Mix flour and sugar.
Add beaten eggs, pineapple and juice.
Melt butter and add bread.
When coated with butter and slightly browned, add to the pineapple mixture.
Place in greased quart casserole dish and bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
