Cheesy Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can salmon, drained
    2 lightly beaten eggs
    1 tsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 c. crushed cheese crackers
    2/3 c. milk
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine salmon with liquid and dry ingredients.
    Put in greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
