Date Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sour cream
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped pecans
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. chopped dates
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation

Combine sour cream, eggs, sugar, cinnamon and salt in a bowl. Mix well.
Add dates and pecans.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until filling is set and golden.
