7-Up Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. shortening (I prefer Crisco)
    6 eggs
    3 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 c. 7-Up
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon
Preparation
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Remember to sift flour 3 or 4 times before mixing.
