Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. sifted flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 beaten egg
    3/4 c. milk
    1/3 c. cooking oil
    1 c. fresh or thawed blueberries tossed with 1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together.
    Mix egg, milk and oil together.
    Combine dry and liquids together.
    Stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Gently stir blueberries into batter.
    Fill greased or lined muffin pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Makes 1 dozen muffins.
