Honey Nut Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    1 c. milk, scalded
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 c. corn syrup
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    grated rind of 1 lemon
    3 1/3 c. sifted flour
    1/2 c. honey
    1 c. ground almonds or walnuts
Preparation
    Soften yeast in lukewarm water.
    Mix milk, oil, syrup and salt in a bowl; cool to lukewarm and add lemon rind and yeast mixture. Beat in the flour gradually.
    Let rise until double in bulk, then punch down the dough and pat out on a floured board into a long sheet, about 1/4-inch thick.
    Spread with honey and cover with nuts.
    Roll like a jelly roll.
    Cut in 1-inch slices; arrange on a baking sheet or in greased muffin tins.
    Let rise until almost double (30 minutes), then bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes. Delicious!
