Pierogi In A Shell - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 12 potatoes, cooked
    3/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 sticks butter
    2 onions, chopped
    1 lb. large shell noodles
    milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Peel and cook potatoes.
    In another pan, cook shells.
    While cooking, saute onions in butter; then set aside.
    Drain potatoes, mash and add salt, pepper and some milk.
    Add grated cheese and 2 to 3 tablespoons onion mixture to mashed potatoes.
    Beat well.
