Dilly Casserole Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 c. creamed cottage cheese, heat to lukewarm
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    2 tsp. dill seed
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1 egg, unbeaten
    2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Combine all in mixing bowl.
    Add flour to form a stiff dough, beating well after each addition.
    Cover and let rise in warm place until doubled in size.
    Stir dough down and place in a well-greased 1 1/2-quart round or oval casserole dish.
    Let rise in warm place until dough is at the top of bowl.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes or until a very golden brown.
    Brush with soft butter upon removing from oven.
    Remove from pan and cool.
