Cherry Streusel Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
    1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
    1 egg, beaten
    1 1/4 c. sour cream
    3 Tbsp. Amaretto
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    Streusel Topping
Preparation
    Spoon cherries over bottom of pie shell.
    Mix all remaining ingredients, except Streusel Topping.
    Pour over cherries.
    Bake for 10 minutes in 450\u00b0 oven.
    Reduce oven temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake for 45 minutes.
    Prepare Streusel Topping.
    Remove pie from oven.
    Sprinkle topping over pie and bake until topping is lightly browned, 10 to 15 minutes. Cool.
