Italian Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chopped onion
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 cans stewed tomatoes (14.5 oz.)
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 can mushroom soup
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 button garlic or 1 heaping tsp. minced garlic
Preparation
    Brown onion, bell pepper and celery in bacon grease until brown. Season with salt and pepper. Add ground beef and cook until brown. Add remaining ingredients, cooking over low heat for about 2 hours. Pour over cooked spaghetti and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
