Zucchini Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon
    1 onion
    1 stick margarine
    2 c. chopped zucchini
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/3 c. milk
    8 slices American cheese
    1 c. Minute rice (uncooked)
Preparation
    Fry bacon; crumble.
    Discard drippings (set aside).
    Saute onion with butter; add chopped zucchini.
    Blend in cream of mushroom soup, milk, rice and cheese.
    Mix well.
    Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour into a large oblong 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Top with crumbled bacon and serve.
