Cranberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 C. flour
1 C. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 C. nuts, chopped
1/4 C. butter or margarine
1 egg, well beaten
1 tsp. grated orange peel
3/4 C. orange juice
1 1/2 C. cranberries
Preparation

Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda together in a large bowl.
Cut in butter until mixtures is crumbly.
Add egg, orange peel and orange juice all at once.
Stir until mixture is evenly moist.
Fold in cranberries and nuts. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups, 2/3 full.
