Cheese Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oil
    5 c. hot water
    4 tsp. chili powder
    1 1/2 c. onion
    18 tortillas
    1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
    chopped olives
Preparation
    Combine oil and flour over medium heat.
    Cook until thickened. Add salt and chili powder.
    Dip tortillas in sauce.
    Fill with grated cheese, onion and olives.
    Bake in
    moderate oven until bubbly.
