Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
5 stalks celery, peeled and diced
1 clove garlic, peeled and diced
1 medium onion, peeled and diced
1 tsp. salt
1 qt. water
1 qt. milk
pepper (optional)
6 slices bacon
4 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Fry bacon and cut into small pieces.
Add flour, mix with bacon and brown.
Set aside until potatoes are cooked.
