Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium box chopped broccoli
    1 large onion, chopped, or use green onions
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 (8 oz.) box Jiffy corn meal muffin mix
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of Tabasco
    6 oz. box cottage cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, adding muffin mix last.
    Pour into well-greased iron skillet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes. Cool on rack.
    Remove from pan and keep in \"icebox.\"
    Wrap in foil and put in airtight container.
    Keeps for 2 weeks.
