Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans carrots, drained
1 large green bell pepper, sliced
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 large onion ring
1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
-
Combine soup (undiluted), sugar, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil.
Pour hot mixture over carrots, onion and bell peppers.
