Beets A L'Orange - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. orange rind, grated
    1 c. orange juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    4 c. beets, cooked and sliced
    black pepper
Preparation
    Combine rind, juice, salt and cornstarch in double boiler. Cook and stir until thickened.
    Add beets and heat thoroughly. Sprinkle with pepper and serve.
