Tiropita - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. filo
    1 lb. Feta cheese, crumbled
    8 oz. cottage cheese
    8 oz. Ricotta cheese
    3 large eggs or 4 medium eggs, lightly beaten
    1 tsp. chives
    1 tsp. dill or to taste
    butter
Preparation
    Hand blend all ingredients until well mixed.
    Butter a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
    Add 10 layers, buttering each sheet.
    Pour 1/2 of the filling; cover with a sheet of filo.
    Pour remaining filling, then cover with filo, buttering each sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about an hour until golden brown.
