Chow Chow - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 gal. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 gal. chopped green tomatoes
    1 qt. chopped onions
    1 qt. chopped hot green peppers
    1 qt. chopped sweet bell peppers
Preparation
    Bring sugar, vinegar and salt to fast boil.
    Add all chopped vegetables and return to boil.
    Cook 7 minutes.
    Pack into jars. Process in hot water bath for 30 minutes.
