Dot Webb'S Apple Nut Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, well beaten
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. chopped, peeled apples
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Beat egg well; gradually add sugar and continue beating until dissolved.
    Sift flour, salt and baking powder together and add to egg mixture.
    Fold in apples, walnuts and almond extract.
    Bake in 8-inch square pan for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve with whipping cream.
