Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pork sausage
1/4 c. butter
4 hard-boiled eggs
2 c. milk
1/4 c. plain flour
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 c. soft bread crumbs
Preparation

Cook sausage; drain. Slice 2 of the eggs into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. In a saucepan, melt butter. Blend in flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper. Add milk; cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and bubbles. Stir sausage and corn into sauce. Pour over eggs in the casserole dish. Slice the 2 remaining eggs over top of casserole. Sprinkle bread crumbs over all. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until heated through. Serves 6.
