Cheesy Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green peppers
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 eggs, beaten
    4 oz. diced process cheese
    1 c. soft bread crumbs (1 1/4 slices bread)
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/4 tsp. dried thyme, crushed
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground pork
Preparation
    Cook onion and green peppers in boiling water until tender. Drain. Stir in tomato sauce, eggs, cheese, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and thyme.
    Add ground beef, mixing well.
    Shape into loaf in baking dish. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
    Serves 8 to 10.
