Pralines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. boiling water
    2 more c. sugar
    1 c. boiling water
    1/2 tsp. salt and vinegar
    2 c. pecans
Preparation
    Stir sugar and boiling water until sugar melts.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Add 2 more cups sugar and 1 cup boiling water.
    Add salt and vinegar.
    Boil hard until soft ball stage.
    Take off stove and add pecans.
    Stir until it begins to slightly cream. Drop onto wax paper.
