Nonfat Fruit Drink - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. nonfat milk
    1 small banana or 1/2 large
    5 large frozen strawberries (no sugar added)
    2 Tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate (unsweetened)
    3 Tbsp. plain nonfat yogurt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in blender.
    Mix on high until well blended.
