Ingredients

6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate bits or butterscotch bits
2 1/2 c. roasted shelled peanuts (skins on)
Preparation

Melt chocolate or butterscotch pieces in top of double boiler over hot (not boiling) water. Add peanuts and stir to coat.
Turn out on waxed paper and separate with fork.
Allow to cool.
