Fresh Apple Cake(Or Cupcakes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. Wesson oil
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    3 c. Jonathan apples, diced
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together; batter will be very stiff.
    Add a few drops of water if necessary.
    Pour into 9 x 9-inch pan and bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
