Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. Crisco
1 stick margarine
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. soda
3 c. oatmeal
1 can salted peanuts

Preparation

Cream Crisco and margarine.
Beat in eggs and sugars.
Add vanilla.
Blend in flour, soda, salt and oats.
Stir in peanuts. Drop on cookie sheet.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
