Lo-Cal Shredded Wheat Pancakes - cooking recipe

3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. crushed Shredded Whole Wheat cereal biscuits
1 Tbsp. baking powder
2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1 c. skim milk
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
vegetable cooking spray
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl; make a well in center of mixture.
Combine egg, milk and oil; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
