Indonesian Crab Canapes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1/4 c. roasted unsalted peanuts
    1/2 lb. lump crabmeat
    3 Tbsp. minced scallion
    2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
    1 minced garlic clove
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    6 slices homemade white bread, toasted and quartered
Preparation
    Process everything except crab, scallions and mayonnaise until the peanuts are minced.
    Mix with other ingredients.
    Spread 1 tablespoon on each toast and bake in a preheated 450\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes, or until they are browned lightly on top.
    Garnish with parsley.
    Serves 24.
