Ingredients

1 whole chicken
lemon juice
soy sauce
garlic salt
parsley
Preparation

Sprinkle chicken with lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic salt and parsley to taste.
Put in oven at 350\u00b0, covered.
Baste after 30 minutes.
Cook another 30 minutes.
Remove cover and broil for a few minutes.
May be served in a traditional manner with brown rice and broccoli.
Chicken may be skinned to cut calories.
