Spinach Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. Knorr's dried vegetable soup mix
2 pkg. chopped frozen spinach
2 pt. sour cream
4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, chopped fine (optional)
Preparation

Thaw spinach; drain and squeeze.
Mix all ingredients.
Scoop out center of round loaf of pumpernickel or rye bread.
Spoon dip into center of bread.
Use extra bread for dipping.
Also good for dipping vegetables and crackers.
