Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 lb. white potatoes, peeled, diced and cooked until well done
    1 onion, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    3 boiled eggs, chopped
    1 tsp. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. relish
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    2 pimentos, chopped fine
Preparation
    Gradually add all of the ingredients in a large bowl, thoroughly mixing each item with a fork or spoon.
    After all ingredients are mixed, add salad dressing, mayonnaise or your favorite dressing.
    Season to taste and serve with your favorite meat or poultry.
