Honey 'N' Spice Chicken Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 to 2 1/2 lb. fryer pieces
melted butter
salt and pepper
1/4 c. Heinz 57 sauce
2 Tbsp. honey

Preparation

Brush chicken with butter; season with salt and pepper.
Place chicken skin side down on rack on broiler pan.
Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
Combine 57 sauce and honey.
Remove chicken from oven.
Turn skin side up.
Brush with half of the 57 sauce and honey mixture.
Continue to bake chicken 15 to 20 minutes longer or until tender.
Brush with remaining sauce.
