Old-Fashioned Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. soft bread crumbs
2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

Place bread crumbs in buttered baking dish.
Set aside.
Scald milk and butter.
In large bowl, beat together eggs, sugar, cinnamon, raisins and salt.
Combine with milk and butter.
Stir well and pour over crumbs in baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out without any mixture on it.
