Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. grated cabbage
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/2 c. carrots
1 c. cubed potatoes, lightly steamed
2 c. water
10 oz. Velveeta cheese
1 to 2 c. milk
Preparation
-
Saute vegetables in margarine; add water and potatoes.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat and add cheese.
Stir until cheese is melted.
Add milk, slowly, until you have reached desired consistency.
