Gourmet Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes, diced and boiled until tender
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 1/2 c. sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Place potatoes in a large bowl.
Combine butter and cheese in saucepan over low heat until melted.
Blend in sour cream and onions.
Fold into potatoes.
Place into casserole dish; dot with butter.
Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
